Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), simply return the item(s) to us, and we will issue a refund within 3 working days.
If you paid via Klarna, the payment fee incurred (5%) will be deducted from your refund.
For every other payment method, returns will incur a £5 fee, which will be deducted from your refund, along with any delivery charges you paid on your original order. This is set to partially cover the transaction fees and postage costs incurred by us. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and they must be in their original condition, unused/unworn, with the labels attached and in the original packaging.
If the goods do not comply with the above requirements, they will be returned to the customer, as we are unable to resell.
We advise our customers to use a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any parcels lost in transit.

If your return is accepted, we will notify you that we have processed your refund.
Please remember it can take a few days for your Bank / Credit Card Company to process the funds.
